I am all about instructors who teach exceptional classes with a sense of creativity and flair. When we teach from a place that is authentic to who we are, the classes resonate with clients on a level that keeps them coming back time and time again.
I am passionate about education and making sure that we take our responsibilty as a leaders seriously. A strong understanding of the fundamentals of alignment, technique and anatomy are the key to being able to unlock an instructors individuality as they become confident and brave.......
